Here’s an answer to local coverage.

My friend Dave Waite runs a shop in Tacoma, Washington called “35th.” He told me about his friend Charlie Wray’s video a few months ago, but I didn’t realize that it was now available for viewing online. Here are two formats for you to enjoy today:
RIOT skatepark has always had a faithful group of shredders that love nothing more than spending time within the confines of the skatepark. Here are a couple of videos of just what goes on in said confines.
George Barnett with some combination style maneuvers:

A recent lock-in. Why do the shoes always come off?

And finally, some kid named Corey with one hell of a banger:

That’s right, as hard as it may be to believe, theProgram is now two years old. With any kind of luck, we’ll be here another two years and be even bigger than we are now. Thanks for all the support over the years. Let’s make it last another two and keep the good times rolling.

This photo was supposed to go in Issue Eight to coordinate with the footage that was in the Issue Eight montage that theBallard put together, but I’m an idiot and forgot to get it to our layout guy in time. So consider this an early Christmas present.

Get Hyped is a new video from Druber Skateboards featuring Danny Morton, Dane Warner, George Barnett, and a slew of others. It’s based around skatepark trips throughout Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee and has got a good bit of ripping in it, especially Dane’s eggplant in the Indiana trip section…oof. Click to Get Hyped.

The Cincinatti/Dayton scene has always been a great one. Dave Ackels’ latest video Observe is just the latest installment of the skateboarding that takes place up there. Lots of ripping in this one…take 20 minutes and observe.

Ryan McKowen is an OG homey from BITD. Not only does he rip on a skateboard, but he’s got skills with a VX too (and on the 1’s and 2’s while we’re at it). He’s currently holding down the Pittsburgh, PA scene and just put us on to a little clip he produced for One Up Skateshop in the ‘Burgh. Click the picture to check it out.
San Francisco is a drinking city. I’ll try my hardest to give you people some actual skate photos to look at. That being said, here’s my first photo on the blog.
